This article specifically focuses on the term ‘coaching’, which authors mention lacks a clear definition. For the purpose of this annotated bibliography, coaching is used interchangeably with mentoring. Overall, researchers found that entrepreneurial coaching when placed within the framework of expert-versus process-consultation approach and Individual-work -venture focus allowed for the best results due to the flexibility, customization, and interchangeability of the approaches. Additionally, This article distinguishes between classical workplace coaching, start up consultancy, entrepreneurial mentoring, and executive coaching. Finally, practical tips and tricks are included within this resource, such as How to break down the complexity of entrepreneurial job demands and allow coaching to guide as opposed to direct.
