Critical Evaluation:
This scholarly article was published through John Hopkins School of Medicine in 2022. Each contributor to this writing has earned their P.h.D and is a professor at an accredited university with a focus on radiology. Although academia and radiology is not directly related to entrepreneurship, collaboration, teamwork, and mentorship are very applicable in both areas. This article emphasizes the importance of formal mentoring programs with built-in flexibility of a hybrid of in-person and virtual meetings. This research applies that there are multiple ways to conduct and continue mentorship, ultimately allowing for the process to be flexible enough to work for anyone. This information is very similar to other articles related to COVID-19, as they provide alternative options for continued mentor-mentee relationships and accountability. Overall, this information promotes and encourages entrepreneurs looking for mentors to think outside the box and not be confined to physical area proximity. The scholarly article is fairly simple to read, there are not complicated charts or figures to try and decipher. I believe anyone could read and utilize this resource, however obtaining it might be a challenge.
